I can’t find something in FundHub (apprentice, claim, course, worker). Why?


This usually means the record is not yet registered, linked, active or approved in FundHub. Check that the person is registered with CITB, the correct ABN was used, the relevant contract or record is active, and the course/event has been completed or recorded where relevant. If the details look correct, ask your organisation administrator to check before contacting CITB.
