My apprentice list is empty. What does that mean?

First Check:

• That apprentices are registered with CITB
• The apprentice/s are linked to your ABN
• The training contracts are active

If the list is still empty:

• The apprentices may not have selected your organisation correctly during registration. Follow up directly with the apprentice prior to contacting CITB to resolve the issue.
