• To see if you have received your confirmation email (including spam/junk folder)
• Whether all required fields and documents were submitted

What happens next:

• CITB reviews your eligibility
• If approved, you will receive an email with a temporary password and instructions to log in

If nothing arrives:

• Wait for processing time, then contact CITB with your registration details
