Check your spam or junk folder first. If you were already registered and active in TALAS, you should have received an onboarding email at go-live. If you submitted a new registration, login details are sent after CITB approves your eligibility. If you still cannot locate the email, confirm the email address used for registration with your organisation administrator or contact CITB.
First check you are using your registered email address or CITB number, and that your temporary password has been copied exactly, including special characters. If you still cannot log in, select “Forgot password?” on the login screen and check your inbox, spam and junk folders for the reset code. Contact CITB only if you cannot access the email linked to your account.
