Career Driven - Pay & Claim

The proof of payment must be a Tax Invoice or Receipt from a qualified driving instructor and must include:

  • Your full name
  • Driving school’s name
  • Driving instructor’s name/signature
  • Date of lesson
  • Duration of lesson
  • Cost of lesson

We will not reimburse any Pay & Claim applications were the student or apprentice has not received a Career Driven approval letter.

Any Tax Invoices or Receipts submitted to CITB that do not include ALL the above required criteria will not be reimbursed.

Please submit a separate Pay & Claim reimbursement form for each driving lesson being claimed
