I work at a council, am I eligible for a CITB number?

Majority of onsite council works are eligible for a CITB number.

I have a CITB number but I can't remember it...

I have a CITB number but I don't know whether it is approved, what can I do?

Check the status of your CITB number.

If it is approved you are ready to start training, and if it is expired you may need to renew your details.

Got your approved CITB number and wondering what to do now?

You are eligible for up to $3,000 in subsidies! Why not have a look through our subsidised training courses? If there is a specific course you are interested in you can search for the course.

To get the subsidy applied, make sure when you register for the course you provide your approved CITB number to the training provider. The discount will be applied when you pay for the training course.
