4. Addressing performance and/or conduct matters
5. Identifying and managing workplace issues and ending the employment relationships.

Course Objectives

This program is focused on assisting businesses who currently have staff or are considering engaging staff. Through combing the legal context of business management with the human face of leadership, this program will enable you to develop a solid understanding of an employer's obligations to effectively manage challenging workforce relations, as well as understanding the associated risks which may arise in the workplace.
