On completion of this program the participants will be able to:
- Interpret the WHS legislative framework and its relationship to the HSR
- Formulate, implement and review appropriate policy and procedures
- Represent members in the planning and review of administrative controls, participate in and contribute to the formation of a safe system of work and auditing of programs

For HSRs in the third year of office, to draw on work practices and experiences, to assist in understanding and to identify trends in injuries that may impact in their work area, therefore improve their capacity to represent the interests of the work group.
