Prerequisites
Students must be able to speak and understand basic English to communicate to a level to perform their duties.
Learning Outcomes
1. Understand workplace health and safety legislation requirements
2. Reduce impairment at work
3. Understand workplace environmental safety
4. Identify risk control and prevention measures
Course Objectives
To provide participants with outcomes required to recognise the health and safety factors, risks and hazards of working impaired and to plan for the implementation of safe systems of work aimed at prevention of impairment.
