My apprentice or worker is not showing in FundHub. What should I do?


First check:

  • They are registered with CITB
  • Their training contract is active (apprentices only)
  • They have used your organisation’s ABN when registering

If you are still unable to view your apprentice or worker:

  • Ask the apprentice or worker to confirm their registration details, they may need to update their details with CITB
  • Confirm with your internal admin that ABN details are correct
