First check:

• That you are eligible (are you a first-year apprentice AND have you completed your probation period)
• If the voucher option appears in your dashboard

If after these checks you are still unable to view your voucher claim:

• You may not yet meet eligibility criteria
• Wait until eligibility is confirmed or updated
