When do I receive my payments?
ATS claims are pushed to your employer dashboard at the end of each year of your apprentice’s training contract.
How will I be paid?
The funds will arrive in your nominated bank account via EFT (electronic funds transfer). This information is collected when you claim via your employer dashboard.
How do I check the status of my claim?
Visit your employer dashboard via the CITB login to check the status of your claims.
How to Apply
- Register your business with CITB.
- Get your apprentice to apply or renew their CITB number.
- Receive your login details from CITB.
We will send you an email notification once you have a claim ready to submit.
