How to renew your CITB number
To complete the renewal, ensure you have the Australian Business Number (ABN) associated with your current work. For employees, you can find your employer’s ABN on your pay slip.
Please note that we may touch base with your employer to verify the details provided in your application.
Remember, past approval doesn’t automatically guarantee future eligibility. Each renewal application is treated as a fresh application, and we assess eligibility based on your current employment information.
Typically, processing takes up to five business days. However, if you’ve completed your application and need urgent review (for upcoming training within the next week), please email at citb@citb.org.au or give us a call on 08 8172 9500.
