Short Course Funding


What is Short Course Funding?

Subsidies for construction workers, apprentices, and trainees towards their training.

CITB training subsidies are available for over 200 short courses and you can access up to $3,000 worth of training subsidies every financial year with an approved CITB number.

Training is provided by Endorsed Training Providers (ETPs) across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia.


Eligibility Requirements

In order to be eligible for subsidies, you must:

  1. have an approved CITB number at the time of training
  2. successfully pass/complete your training

Find a course or check that a course you are interested in offers CITB training subsidies by searching our course list.

You will need to give your approved CITB number to your training provider when you enrol for your course. Your CITB number is used by the training provider to confirm your eligibility to receive a training subsidy.
